The author presents a proposal for a plan for the liberation of Palestine, Contributing to the liberation effort, Guiding the manner in which States and organizations have failed to operate, And guidance for interested individuals, groups and countries. The book provides a glimpse into the first attempts to plan for editing, Then address the opportunities, the challenges, weaknesses, strengths, Then the ends, objectives and means, He reviewed seven goals, including a number of objectives and many means.

The book then reviewed indications of post-liberation planning. He spoke about the resources of Palestine to be preserved during liberation and the ways to do so. He also reviewed the scenarios of providing the political umbrella for editing, Summed up in the return scenario, The writer talked about his return to his hometown from which he was displaced: «Berber».

In the hands of the writers of the Palestine Liberation Plan:

There is no Palestinian plan, Nor Arabic, There is no Islamic for the liberation of Palestine. This is the unfortunate reality that Palestine is living in today more than seven decades after the Nakba (1948) and more than half a century of Nakba (1967).

When the Palestinian Fatah movement was founded, it tried to develop a vision for how to liberate Palestine. His name: “Conscious Implication”, Fatah erupts the Palestinian revolution and starts with guerrilla warfare, The Palestinian people rally around it and embrace it in what Fatah called the “long-term popular liberation war” that drains Israel and exhausts it until its elimination is possible. This will inflame the Arab peoples, These put pressure on their governments and armies, Arab armies are moving in a regular blitzkrieg to end Israel.

Fatah was not able to implement its conception, Arab and Palestinian conditions were not ripe for this perception. The setback of June 1967 came to prove that the nation at that time was involved in negligence towards Palestine. and not subject to conscious implication, In order to end any future opportunity to implement this vision that Fatah has left behind, It has begun to conceptualize a peaceful solution.

As far as I have been informed, None of the factions and forces of the Palestinian people, Whether the PLO and all its factions, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the new resistance factions, All parties and forces on the Arab and Islamic arenas do not have a plan to liberate Palestine. Some may comment on this – in reluctance – to denounce the Palestinian and Arab political division.

This unilateral thinking will get us nowhere. Rather, the resistance factions must have their own plan to liberate Palestine from A to Z, It goes parallel to this plan towards the unity of Palestinian action, And even the unity of Arab and Islamic action. Years and decades should not pass and we have not yet made a plan.
