By Dr. Hussam Herzallah

Leadership is the one that expresses the leader’s ability to move people towards the desired goal by influencing, persuading, setting an example and their participation in decision-making, especially the divine leadership, which is distinguished from any leadership in the world, where its destination is the world and the hereafter together, the task of the divine leadership is to establish religious rites, and implementation of the provisions of Islamic Sharia, And the application of the rule of God Almighty on earth.

The Almighty said, “Judge among them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their whims and warn them to divert you from some of what Allah has revealed to you. 49

In this application, the strength and pride of Muslims appear, And angers the hypocrites by seeing the pride of Islam and the power of its people, And leads to bringing people out of the clutches of ignorance and backwardness to the light of guidance and righteousness, He also explained the resounding of the divine leader Rabi bin Amer in his famous saying to Rustam, where he said we came to bring the servants out of the worship of the servants to the worship of the Lord of the servants and from the injustice of religions to the justice of Islam and from the narrowness of the world to the vastness of the world and the hereafter.

Leadership and the observance of Islam

Accordingly, it is necessary to educate leadership from a young age and from the outset on sound doctrine, which is the basis of divine leadership with principles, values, interests and relationships that are impeccable and not hit by a storm, but remain on its covenant and principles whatever the circumstances.

If all doors are closed to it until it achieves all its desired goals, as said by Mustafa Al-Adnan, the master of creation, Muhammad the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), where he said, By God, uncle, if they put the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left, I should leave this matter what I left until Allah shows it or I perish without it.

Therefore, the family, the school, and the institutions of society must work together to create this divine leadership through systematic and clear education and change the philosophy of society towards getting rid of all impurities affecting the real education process that establishes the building of future leaders to establish the heavenly laws that every Muslim has always dreamed of living under and enjoying its lofty justice.

In order for the family, school and community institutions to carry out this education, it is necessary to unite the philosophy of education, that is, we are all based on building generations according to sound faith.

The family is the nucleus and the basis since the choice of husband and wife on the basis of religion before money, prestige, authority and beauty, Aisha, the mother of the believers, may God be pleased with her, says I did not reason my parents except when they owe the religion of God, A committed family begins by choosing husband and wife on the basis of religion before money, prestige, authority and beauty.

Aisha, the Mother of the Believers, will inevitably base her children on a sound faith that is free from impurities, and the young people will grow up in them on what their father has returned. The school should promote Islamic values and play its integrative role as it develops leadership skills in its students, such as dialogue and discussion, problem solving, decision-making, team and time management, and the skill of influencing and diction.
And the skill of taking responsibility and other leadership skills that qualify generations to receive the flag in the future to build their society according to the standards of survival in this world and the hereafter.

Not to mention the institutions of society, where they have a third and prominent role in education and training, they contribute to the education of young people with the family and the school to achieve all of them building a generation of divine leadership capable of advancing his society and himself, and this ultimately requires senior leaders to clarify their philosophy of education and correct the concepts of their curricula to include the concepts of leadership education on faith, principles, interests, relations and Islamic values.
