The reason is that despite the will to change, we have missed change management and good management, which is represented by the wise leadership that corrects and maintains the path so that the results of change are commendable …

The Islamic Ummah throughout its history has gone through multiple stages and many conditions have changed on it. However, the threats that were exposed to it and the setbacks that afflicted it and the defeats suffered throughout history were coming out of it stronger and harder determination and Muslims were able to make a civilization that surpassed the nations older than them such as the Copts, Persians, Romans and others, But the Islamic nation was distinguished by having a doctrine whose highest tasks are self-building and purification of the human soul, which is the root of change. However, an important and necessary condition is fulfilled, which is self-building and the creation of the true Muslim man again according to the approach of his Creator, “God does not change what people do until they change what is in themselves.”
