* Year 441 AH / December 1049 AD: The death of Al-Hafiz Abi Abdullah Muhammad bin Ali Al-Suri, one of the scholars of hadith in the 15th century, asked to talk himself on the old age, and left in his request to the horizons, was fasting good manners, beautiful cohabitation, lover of poetry, died at the age of sixty.

* Year 559 AH / May 1164 AD Saladin lifts the siege of Aleppo and leaves it after receiving news about the Crusaders seeking to attack Homs, He left for Hama a day after the Crusaders had landed in Homs.

* Year 1400 AH / June 1980 AD: The assassination of the Egyptian atomic scientist “Yahya Al-Mashad” in Paris, Al-Mashad was the supervisor of the Iraqi nuclear project. He was one of the few scientists in nuclear reactor engineering worldwide.
