My blog post is the quorum of the National Council

The number of voters in the Palestinian people is close to ten million. It is good to produce a national assembly with a representative for every thirty thousand voters, The total number of the National Council at home (legislative) and abroad shall be less than 350 members, This is all the more appropriate for a vital Council in the diaspora of the Palestinian people.
