The West, led by the United States, continues to deal arrogantly and arrogantly with Russian security demands. It is even more dangerous by its unbalanced handling of the Russian war in Ukraine, which is fully aware of the reality of Russian fears towards NATO and its expansion east towards Russian territory so that US forces become 500 kilometers from Moscow in the event that Ukraine joins NATO .
Therefore, it is fully aware that the battle of the Russians in Ukraine is a battle of survival and existence, not a battle of containment.
However, it does not want to enter into a direct confrontation with Russia so as not to break out a nuclear war between the two sides.
Instead of starting a new phase of direct negotiations with Moscow to respond to Russian demands, even with a minimum, to reassure Putin of his national security.
Follow in the article American arrogance may push Putin to make dangerous decisions
But it seeks to bring it to its knees and destabilize the Russian state through harsh economic sanctions at times and by allowing European mercenaries to fight against the Russians in Ukraine at other times.
This will anger the Russian bear when he feels that his disciplined military operation in Ukraine has faltered, and make him make difficult decisions that could lead to a world war.
Putin may resort to crushing some Ukrainian areas where European mercenaries are present to eliminate them.
He may do the same with Ukrainian nationalist fighters.
This is on the one hand to end this military operation quickly.
On the other hand, it may resort to the use of economic countermeasures.
It is represented by cutting off Russian gas supplies to Europe, as well as the case with oil, whose prices jumped crazily, exceeding $ 140 a barrel yesterday, and may reach $ 200 if Putin implements these measures.
This would hurt Europe a lot and make Germany the biggest loser, especially since the majority of its gas is from Russia.
Then we will see the difference in European positions, which may lead some countries to rebel against US sanctions and agree with Russia.
This means that Americans will be faced with three options:
First: To accept the new reality of the collapse of the American empire and the retreat to the Western Atlantic.
Second: Entering into a destructive war with the Russians.
Third: Entering into direct negotiations and dealing with Russian security demands, even at a minimum, which rose after Putin’s call with Macron two days ago, in which Putin demanded the need to remove American nuclear missiles from all of Europe.
