*سنة340هـ/ديسمبر951م: وفاة الفقيه الشافعي الكبير إبراهيم بن أحمد بن إسحاق، المعروف بأبي إسحاق المروزي، إمام عصره في الفتوى والتدريس، وانتهت إليه رئاسة الفقه في العراق بعد ابن شريح.
*سنة1031هـ/مايو1622م: عزل السلطان عثمان الثاني عن منصب الخلافة، وهو يعد السلطان الـ16في سلسلة سلاطين الدولة العثمانية، ولم تدم فترة ولايته سوى 4سنوات تقريبا.
*سنة1294هــ/يوليو1877م: انتصار الجيش العثماني على الجيش الروسي في معركة “بلونة” في البلقان في إطار الحرب الروسية – العثمانية التي عرفت بـ”حرب 93″، وقد خسر الروس في هذه المعركة أكثر من 2800 قتيل.
*سنة1305هـ/مارس1888م: العثمانيون ينزلون إلى البحر الغواصة “عبد الحميد”، وكان اسمها “تحت البحر”، وأدخلتها للخدمة ضمن أسطولها الحربي بعد إجراء تجارب الغوص والارتفاع والسير، ثم أدخلت هذه الغواصة “الطوربيدات”، وكانت من أوائل الدول في تدعيم الغواصات بالطوربيدات.

*سنة1315هــ/ديسمبر1897م: توقيع معاهدة إستانبول بين الدولة العثمانية واليونان، بعد الحرب التي نشبت بين الجانبين وكسبتها الدولة العثمانية، ونصت المعاهدة على أن تدفع اليونان لإستانبول غرامات حربية ضخمة.
*سنة1402هــ/مايو 1982م: تأسيس الاتحاد الإسلامي لمجاهدي أفغانستان من الفصائل المختلفة التي تعمل في ميدان الجهاد ضد الاتحاد السوفيتي.
*سنة1412هــ/يناير1992م: المجلس الأعلى للدولة في الجزائر يستدعي أحد قياديي حرب التحرير القدامى محمد بوضياف من المنفى في المغرب، ليتولى رئاسة الدولة بعد استقالة الشاذلي بن جديد الرئيس الجزائري؛ عقب فوز حزب الجبهة الإسلامية للإنقاد في الجولة الأولى للانتخابات البرلمانية.
*سنة1425هــ/أغسطس 2004م: الحكومة المصرية تطلق سراح الجاسوس الصهيوني عزام عزام المسجون في مصر منذ عام 1997م مقابل إطلاق دولة الكيان لسراح 6 طلبة مصريين معتقلين لديها.

* Year 1305 AH / March 1888 AD: The Ottomans descend to the sea the submarine “Abdul Hamid”, It was named “Under the Sea”, And introduced it into service within its military fleet after conducting diving, altitude and walking experiments, Then this submarine introduced “torpedoes”, It was one of the first countries to reinforce submarines with torpedoes.

* Year 1412 AH / January 1992 AD: Algeria’s High Council of State summons one of the old leaders of the liberation war, Mohamed Boudiaf, from exile in Morocco, He assumed the presidency after the resignation of Chadli Bendjedid, President of Algeria, following the victory of the Islamic Front for Salvation in the first round of parliamentary elections.
* Year 1425 AH / August 2004 AD: The Egyptian government releases the Zionist spy Azzam Azzam, who has been imprisoned in Egypt since 1997, in exchange for the release of the entity state to release 6 Egyptian students detained by it.
