* Year 558 AH / May 1163 AD: The death of Abd al-Mu’min ibn Ali al-Kumi, founder of the Almohad state in Morocco and Andalusia, on the ruins of the Almoravid state.
* Year 1095 AH / April 1684 AD: For the first time in its history, Venice declares war on the Ottoman Empire, This was after the European countries formed a sacred coalition for the war of the Ottoman Empire, with the aim of expelling the Muslim Turks from Europe.
* In 1333 AH / April 1915 AD, the Ottomans arrest more than 250 Armenian leaders in Istanbul on charges of communicating with the Russians and the British.
* Year 1387 AH / September 1967 AD The death of Field Marshal Abdel Hakim Amer, who held several high positions during the era of Gamal Abdel Nasser, most notably the First Vice President of the Republic has differed in the cause of his death whether he committed suicide or was assassinated by poison.
